Brussels, 16/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Parliament's second plenary session in September will provide MEPs with another opportunity to discuss the role of the International Criminal Court (in the light of the US' attitude) and developments in the Middle East and the Johannesburg Summit. On Tuesday, the EP will hold a general debate on the EU's 2003 Budget and various reports on environmental protection (GMOs and the marketing of hazardous chemcals and pesticides)....
