12/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the French Minister of Agriculture, Hervé Gaymard, decided to create a, "European and International Council for Agricultural Planning" (consisting of around twenty people from various fields and chaired by the Minister) that would help the government tackle difficult areas of reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and WTO negotiations.
