Brussels, 11/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday the European Commission decided to release EUR 1.3 million for humanitarian aid operations for the 22,000 victims of unusual freezing weather in July 2002 in Southern Peru and the department of Pososi in Bolivia. Peru will receive EUR 1 million and Bolivia the remaining EUR 300,000.
