11/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised by accelerated procedure: - the acquisition of Toyota Espana by the parent company Toyota Motor Corp (automobiles); - the creation of a joint venture between Thales Microelectronics and Darfon (electronics); - and the joint takeover of Prisma Versicherungs by Allianz and Österreichische Kontrollbank (insurance).
