Green light for KKR acquisition of Siemens activities

Brussels, 11/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised investment firm Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts to acquire four subsidiaries and three units of the German company Siemens. The subsidiaries being acquired are: Demag Cranes Components GmbH & Co. KG, Gottwald Port Technology GmbH & Co. KG, Mannesmann Plastics Machinery AG, and Stabilius GmbH.
