06/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised, through rapid procedure, the creation of a joint undertaking between Accor Services France and Interépargne. Called Servepar, the joint venture will be active in the management of save-as-you-earn schemes. Furthermore, still according to rapid procedure, the Commission has cleared the total takeover of the British holding company, Hamsard 2064, by the American financial services group, DLJ Capital Funding.
