06/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Agriculture Commissioner Franz Fischler will be travelling to Poland on 12/13 September, where he will meet Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski, the Deputy Prime Minister (who is also the Agriculture and Rural Development Minister) Jaroslav Kalinovski and the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Danuta Huebner.
