Brussels, 30/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish Government is considering applying once again for the Basque separatist party Batasuna to be placed on the European list of terrorist organisations. According to a source close to the government, the request could be made in December, the next time the list is updated. An initial attempt to include Batasuna on the EU list failed in December 2001.
