Jo Leinen urges Fifteen to speak with single voice and calls on candidate countries not to follow Romania's example

Brussels, 28/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - While there continues to be great pressure from the United States to obtain bilateral agreements on the non-extradition of their nationals in the context of proceedings at the International Criminal Court, German Social Democrat Jo Leinen calls on the Fifteen to speak with a single voice.
