Brussels, 28/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - It is too early to say that the second Earth Summit has failed, says an NGO coalition gathering in Johannesburg under the ECO-Equity banner (ANPED, Consumers International, Danish 92 Group, Greenpeace, Oxfam International, Friends of the Earth, WWF).
