Brussels, 28/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Party of European Socialists presided by Robin Cook is to hold a seminar on 30 and 31 August in Birmingham to discuss its priorities for review of the Treaty of the Union. Work will be conducted by Vice-Chairman of the European Convention Giuliano Amato.
