Bandar Seri Begawan, Brussels, 01/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, CFSP High Representative, Javier Solana said that during multi and bi-lateral meeting in Brunei (see EUROPE yesterday p 3), the EU was hoping that North Korean President Kim-Jong II would participate, before the Presidential elections in South Korea, at a summit in Seoul, with his South Korean counterpart Kim Dae-Jung.
