Paris, 18/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - Following last Sunday's elections, French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin completed his governmental team. In particular, the former member of the Constitutional Council and Chair of the European Ethical Group, Noelle Lenoir, becomes Minister for European Affairs, replacing Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres, under investigation in a case of financing the Republican Party and who resigned Monday morning.
