Brussels, 18/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has cleared the proposed takeover of ComPair, a company belonging to British Ivensys operating in the gas and compressed air systems sector, by the venture capital company Alchemy, registered in the Channel Islands and specialised in leveraged and management buy-outs and buy-ins.
