28/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Walter Schwimmer, said he was pleased to have learnt that the Leader of the Moldovan Christian-Democrat Party, Vlad Cubreacov had returned safely following a disappearance of two months, says a press release from the pan-European organisation.
