27/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - According to information published by Eurostat last Thursday, the eurozone trade surplus reached EUR 9.1 billion in March, higher than predicted by various economists, who had been forecasting a surplus of around EUR 5.7 billion. Eurostat also reported that the trade surplus for February has been revised up from EUR 4.1 to EUR 5.5 billion.
