Convention's operating budget is approved

Brussels, 19/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - After agreement from the Parliament, the Council and Commission, the Committee of Representatives (Coreper) of the Member State governments formally finalised, on Thursday, the budget intended to finance the Convention on the Future of Europe in 2002. This fund of EUR 4 million, which comes from the contributions of the institutions (EUR 1 million for the EP, EUR 400,000 for the Council and EUR 2.6 million for the Commission) will make it possible to...
