19/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Development, Poul Nielson is on an official visit to Senegal, Mauritius and Cap Verde from 22 to 26 April, and will sign co-operation strategy documents with these last two countries. During his mission, he will meet government and opposition representatives and representatives of civil society of these three countries.
