15/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The WTO has postponed until 17 June publication of the conclusions of the arbitration on the amount of sanctions the Union is allowed to impose on America in the dispute over tax aid to exports - so-called "Foreign Sales Corporation" (FSC) affair. According to the usual deadlines, the panel should have passed its verdict on 29 April, or a few days before the transatlantic summit in Washington.
