President Rodríguez Iglesias is considered severe in his ruling against National Front

Luxembourg, 25/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Court of Justice, Gil Rodríguez Iglesias rejected the action initiated by the National Front and MEP Jean-Claude Martinez, which called for suspension of the ruling made by the Court of First Instance on 2 October 2001, a ruling that had resulted in the Technical Group of Independent Members (TDI) of the European Parliament being dissolved.
