25/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - For the second time in a row, the European Economic and Social Committee has voted to postpone until its March plenary its opinion on the Green paper on promoting a European framework for companies' social liability. The latest postpone was voted on in the February plenary by 86 to 15 with 17 abstentions. The rapporteur for the opinion is Ms Hornung-Draus and the co-rapporteurs Ms Enegelen-Kefer and Mr Hoffelt.
