Commission gives go-ahead for new ownership structure for CAT joint venture

Brussels, 25/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the consortium including the British vehicle land transport company Autologic Holding Plc, Dutch general logistics services company TNT Holdings BV and Norway's shipping company Wallenius Wilhelpen Lines AS to jointly acquire CAT (Compagnie d'Affrètement et de Transport) which provides specialised logistics for the car industry and was previously a wholly-owned Renault subsidiary.
