In France, PERROTIN (16.77 million euro turnover in 2001) has been attributed by the Tribunal de commerce de Niort the assets of the manufacturer of towers and special machines for the automobile industry RAMO INDUSTRIES for 300,000 euro and with a promise to keep 42 of the 60 jobs.
