Spain, France and Portugal are to present a joint memorandum on outermost regions - Commission reports

Brussels, 06/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - Spain, France and Portugal adopted, on Monday evening, a declaration whereby they "confirm their commitment" to mainly deal with the outermost regions. They call for these regions to continue to benefit from special treatment after enlargement.
