Brussels, 06/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the takeover of the German company, Berliner Kraft- und Licht Aktiengesellschaft (Bewag), by the Swedish group Vattenfall. The move will allow the latter to acquire full control of Bewag.
