15/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana is putting off his trip to Montenegro (initially scheduled for Wednesday) for at least a week. The EU High Representative for Foreign Policy will meet with the Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica and the Montenegro President Milo Djukanovic to try and foster better relations between the two. Milo Djukanovic will be organising a referendum in 2002 on his region's independence from Yugoslavia, which the latter is opposing.
