Green light for 2 Leader+ programmes in Italy

Brussels, 11/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - Last week, the Commission approved Leader+ rural development for two regions of Italy, Lazio and Tuscany, that are part-funded from the Structural Funds.

Lazio: The Commission will provide EUR 13.55 million of the total package (EUR 51.5 million) for the period 2001-2006 which will be focussed on various priority areas: improving services for the rural population, sustainable development and the environment, promoting local culture and tourism and...
