ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

For "strategic" reasons, the German group HENKEL is to sell to its American partner ECOLAB its 50% stake in their joint undertaking HENKEL-ECOLAB (industrial hygiene), that they own equally, for a sum estimated at EUR 497.4 million.
