The Canadian company ENBRIDGE (services in the energy sector) is to acquire 25% of the capital of the COMPANIA LOGISTICA DE HIDROCARBUROS, a Spanish operator in the oil sector, from the Spanish refineries REPSOL YPF, CEPSA and BP, for the sum of EUR 420 million (including a debt of 50 million).
