Brussels, 26/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The second plenary session of the European Parliament of November, on Wednesday and Thursday in Brussels will be largely devoted to the preparation of the European Council of Laeken (there will be an additional special session on 17 December to allow Parliament to assess the results of Laeken, without having to await the first session of 2002). The agenda will also include the temporary committee's report on the controversial issue of human genetics...
