09/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The fourth "European Competition Day" is to be held in Antwerp on 11 October. Organised for the first time in Lisbon in June 2000 on the initiative of European Commissioner Mario Monti, this day is a half-yearly event in the framework of the rotating presidency of the EU. The event of 11 October is on "Competition and the Consumer - The Case of Pharmaceutical Products". Taking part, will be the Belgian minister for Economic Affairs, Charles Picque, Mario Monti...
