French THERMOCOMPACT (turnover EUR 13.7 million for the first half of 2001), specialising in surface coatings for industry, has acquired the American company FSP ONE (conducting wire for optical, spatial and aeronautical applications). THERMOCOMPACT hopes to reach EUR 61 million in sales in 2002 with 300 employed.
