France's GFI INFORMATIQUE has taking a controlling stake in CALLEO (EUR 12.2 million turnover expected for 2000/2001 financial year), thereby strengthening its advisory services in Europe by around a hundred members of staff. GFI INFORMATIQUE has sold off its equipment sales activities to D-FI.
