Italy's LOTTOMATICA has acquired a 50% share (for 7 billion pesetas) in GLOBAL BINGO CORPORATION, subsidiary of Spain's CIRSA BUSINESS GROUP (annual turnover of 250 bil pesetas) that owns 52 bingo halls.
