Norway's TELENOR is to sell its TELENOR MEDIA subsidiary (yellow pages, internet portals; turnover of 1.66 bil Norwegian crowns (NOK) in 2000, workforce of 2,400) to US investment company TEXAS PACIFIC for 5.8 bil NOK.
