ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

Italian insurance firm GENERALI has announced the creation of a new company called GENIMMOBIL held at 52.1% by GENERALI and at 47.9% by its life insurance branch ALLEANZA, in order to improve the group's real estate assets. The new company will have total assets evaluated at over EUR 4.65 billion.
