ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) information technology

The French IT services company UNILOG has announced the acquisition, via its subsidiary INTEGRATA, of Swiss SSII DATASIGN. The acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, will allow UNILOG to strengthen its foothold in Switzerland.
