The second largest Spanish electricity operator IBERDROLA has concluded an agreement with the largest Spanish telecommunications group TELEFONICA in order to sell it all of the shares that it holds in four Brazilian mobile telephony operators: TELECOMUNICACOES SE SAO PAULO, CELULAR CRT PARTICIPACOES, TELE SUDESTE CELULAR PARTICIPACOES, TELE LESTE CELULAR PARTICIPACOES.
