14/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - Following the terrorist attacks on the United States, the Heinz-Schwarzkopf Foundation's "Young European of the Year" award ceremony, which was due to take place on 17 September in the presence of the German Foreign Minster, Joschka Fischer, has been postponed and will now take place at a later date before November 2001 (see EUROPE of 10/11 September, p.18). The winner of the award is Oana Mailatescu.
