Brussels, 27/08/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to grant humanitarian aid of EUR 2 million to Tajikistan. The aid, that will go through the humanitarian office ECHO and the NGOs present on the ground, aims to prevent a further food crisis in this country.
