JAPAN TELECOM and Britain's VODAFONE, main shareholders in the Japanese mobile phone operator J-PHONE, have announced the merger of the different entities making up J-PHONE (J-PHONE EAST, J-PHONE TOKAI and J-PHONE WEST) into a single company.
