According to the Sunday Times, the American electricity provider AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER (AEP) has decided not to sell its British subsidiary SEEBOARD, company that provides electricity to 2 million customers in south eastern England. France's EDF and Britain's SCOTTISH AND SOUTHERN ENERGY were both candidates to take over SEEBOARD.
