Despite agreement on three pilot projects, Reding expresses disappointment after meeting of Foundation Board of World Anti-Doping Agency, which seems increasingly like instrument to service of Canadian and American interests

Brussels, 22/08/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Foundation Board of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) decided, on Tuesday in Talinn, to set up its permanent head office in Montreal. The decision confirms the Canadian position within an organisation that now seems increasingly under Canadian and US control and, if we are to believe one observer, is likely to be deflected from its initial purpose to serve political and economic interests.
