16/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - According to the Anatolia news agency, Turkish Justice Minister Hikmet Sami Turk said on Sunday that no F-type prison (the new high-security establishments, with cells for between one and three detainees, which led to hunger strikes, leaving 29 dead) would be built anymore "anywhere in Turkey", once the on-going programme is completed.
