16/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - In talks with EU Council President Louis Michel (who was pursuing his rounds of Union capitals in Lisbon, and has still to go to Copenhagen and Dublin), Portuguese Foreign Minister Jaime Gama said that Portugal expected a lot from the Laeken Summit, and that he hoped that it would "produce a decisive leap forward".
