16/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - Viviane Reding, European Commissioner responsible for Sports, congratulated the Belgian Jacques Rogge for his election as President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Mrs Reding invited Mr Rogge to take part in the next European sport forum, on 17 and 18 October in Brussels.
