16/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Academia Europea de Jaca from the Real Instituto de Estudiso Europeo was opened on 16 July by the President of the EP Socialist group Enrique Baron and the Spanish Ambassador to France Javier Elorza (former EU Permanent Representative). The classes will be closed on 20 July by the Spanish Secretary of State for European Affairs, Ramon de Miguel.
