ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) services

The French catering firm ELIOR has acquired 38% of the capital of SANTE ET SERVICES (turnover EUR 55 million in 2000 with 150 establishments), specialised in services to hospitals. The amount of the transaction was not revealed. ELIOR makes an annual turnover of EUR 135 million in the health sector, or 7.5% of its total sales.
