French MRM has acquired British RMGD AEROSPACE (annual turnover FF 50 million with 60 employed), specialised in rigid cabling and alloyed components for the aeronautics and aerospace industries. This operation will increase to FF 130 million the annual turnover of TECALEMIT AEROSPACE, the aerospace business of MRM.
