20/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - Without debate on Tuesday, the EU Council of ministers adopted a decision on the conclusion of a new fisheries protocol between the EU and the Comoros for the period 28 February 2001 to 27 February 2004. Parliament adopted its opinion (Perez Royo Reort) on 14 June (see EUROPE of 20 June, p.14).
